What does your program require for the ERAS fellowship application to be considered complete?

Personal Statement, three letters of recommendation, USMLE/COMLEX scores, ABSITE scores, ECFMG certificate (if applicable), medical school transcript

Does your program require a reference letter from your current Program Director?

Yes

DOES THE PROGRAM ACCEPTS IMG SURGEONS AND HOW I CAN APPLY FOR IT ?

Applications for a colon and rectal surgery fellowship position at University of Louisville are accepted through ERAS (Electronic Residency/Fellowship Application Service).


An applicant must have completed a five-year general surgery residency in a program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, be ECFMG certified, and be a permanent resident or have an Employment Authorization Document.  University of Louisville accepts J-1 Visas.
